Facilitating transformation

I invite change into organizations and other systems. Whether you’re facing an urgent need for change, ongoing friction loss, or simply a curiosity about new possibilities, I bring my experience and expertise to support your unique transformation.

I work with you throughout the whole process: both the ideation and the messy parts of implementation. First, I help identify what is needed, and then I facilitate its discovery, realization and sustainability. While you, as the expert of your context, are responsible for evaluating if we’re going in the right direction. 

Typically, this work falls under one of three services: co-creation and innovation, organizational development and leadership development.

Co-Creation and Innovation

I design and facilitate workshops for organizations, conferences, collaborative groups and more. My approach is always context-specific, but no matter the setting, connection and interaction are central. I help you cultivate a nutrient-rich soil for powerful ideas and radical innovation.

Organizational Development

I help you and your team access the curiosity and flexibility needed to meet inevitable, desired, or unexpected changes. I aim to build capacity and resilience in the system as a whole so that you can tackle not only your current challenges but also those to come.  Together, we form and foster agile structures, strategies and culture that will allow for vibrant interactions amongst colleagues.
