An Introduction to the Art of Process Facilitation

March, 2026
25/03, 09:00 - 25/03, 16:00

Villhuset, 5003 Bergen, Nikolaikirkeallmenningen 2b

đź’ˇ Why This Training?

In today’s complex, fast-changing world, the ability to collaborate effectively across differences isn’t just helpful, it’s essential. Yet too often, group discussions drift, meetings end without clear decisions, and projects stall despite everyone’s best efforts.

That’s where process facilitation comes in. It transforms groups of individuals into collaborative teams – whether you’re solving a problem, designing something new, making decisions, or simply aiming to understand each other better. It’s the art of guiding groups through purposeful, engaging, and often transformative journeys where people take ownership. It’s not about having all the answers but about creating the conditions where better answers can arise from the group itself.

This training lays the groundwork for collective intelligence to flourish. You’ll practice how to create spaces where diverse perspectives are expressed, respected, and woven together into meaningful outcomes. And we’ll practice navigating group processes with purpose, clarity, and flexibility so collaboration can reach its full potential.

More than just tools or techniques, this training explores the deeper impact of facilitation and how your self-leadership—mental, physical, and emotional—builds trust and momentum. Expect a rich blend of insights, hands-on exercises, reflective moments, and collaborative exploration.

(Held in English but feel free to speak Norwegian to express yourself.)
