The situation: The founders are retiring, and a new management team is taking over. They want to rethink leadership, distribute responsibilities, and unite various enterprises under a cooperative umbrella to pioneer a new form of sustainable and ethical work and business in the financial sector.
Our contribution: Since 2015, we have been supporting the team and management in this development process. We have packed treasure chests to be preserved, expanded fundamental skills required for this new form of collaboration, tested and evaluated new structures, and continually recalibrated the overarching process.
