Cultivating Change

I work with people who are hungry for change as well as those who didn’t know it was on the menu. Together we risk shedding old habits to find something unlikely, wild, and brimming with potential.

The status quo perpetuates the challenges of today’s world. My years as a process facilitator have shown me time and again that the interventions we need already exist among us, waiting to be unearthed through curiosity and a willingness to experiment. By choosing collaboration over competition, abundance over scarcity, play over passivity, we can discover new possibilities.
