As a process facilitator I invite change into teams and organizations. I work with teams that are capable yet stuck. With change initiatives that start strong yet fade into everyday busyness. My work is not about quick fixes or importing ready-made solutions.
I don’t bring solutions. My power is process: I create the conditions in which better ones can emerge. This is for people in organizations that sense that a different way of working is possible and necessary, even if the way forward might not yet be clear. I work with you throughout the whole journey, from early ideation to the messy realities of implementation.
